About - eLine Military Program - Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi
Hi, I’m Keith Wommack and I write a weekly syndicated column focused on health, thought, spirituality, and the powerful connection they have to each other. My column can be seen in several leading newspapers across the country including the Houston Chronicle, The Washington Post, and the Hawaii Reporter.
I am also a special guest contributor to CNN and Psychology Today and have had 30 articles published in the Christian Science Monitor, Journal, and Sentinel. I have given talks and workshops in universities, libraries, prisons, hospitals, and churches throughout America, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. These events focused on the impact thought and spirituality have on health.
I have also continued to serve as a legislative advocate for spiritual healing in Texas since September, 2009.
Originally from Austin, Texas I began playing professionally with my own musical group in 1972. Our band, The Wommack Brothers Band, performed with greats like Journey, Elvis Costello, and Stevie Ray Vaughan. For ten years, I toured throughout the United States and in Europe.
In 1982, I left the musical group and began helping others through prayer in my Christian Science healing practice. After marrying my wife, Joanne, in 1992, I moved to Houston, Texas, joining Joanne and her two boys. In 1994, my family and I moved to the warm, breezy shores of Corpus Christi, Texas. Since then, I have been teaching yearly classes instructing others how to heal spiritually.
